Space Settlement Design Contest 2004 Results
Statistics
This year we received 122 submissions from 444 students sponsored by 29
teachers. Entries came from Germany, India, Japan, Malaysia, Pakistan, Romania and 10 states: California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, Tennessee, and Virginia.
Winners
Grand Prize
The grand prize went to three students from Constantza, Romania for their submission LEDA, Flaviu Valentin Barsan, Andrei Dan Costea and Carmen Maria Sigovan are high school students of Ion Bararu.
Congratulations to these young students for an outstanding research project.

of 2-6 students) and large group (from 7-18 students) and Classroom awards for
two groups: 6-9th grade and 10-12th grade. Team names
