[ISDC2006] Space Art Track Update

In preparation for the call this Sunday, attached please find the 
updated version of the Space Art Track Organizational Chart. Multiple 
revisions have been made to this document since the last version and by 
reviewing it you will have a better sense of our plans and intentions 
for the track.

Also, below please find a list of the Space Art Track Advisory Committee 
Members and their affiliations along with a list of Affiliate / 
Collaborating Organizations identified to date that are supporting the 
Space Art Track in various ways.

Suggestions and comments are welcomed!
