Tracks existing chapter projects/events and coordinates support for those needing assistance. Provides guidance to Chapters wanting to start projects/events. Suggests projects/events in and outside of NSS that NSS chapter members may want to take part in. Instrumental in submitting articles of these projects/events to be published in Ad Astra.
Serves as advisor on all chapter rules, bylaws, protocol, and general matters to the Chapter Committee, Organizers, Leaders and the General Body Chapter Members. Advises the VPC of any chapter matters that may need to be given special attention. If necessary will work with chapters to facilitate a solution. In the official absence of the VPC will serve as the Chair for the Chapter's Committee.

Identifies new/existing resources for use by chapters. Coordinates the creation and distribution of common resources (banners, signs, presentations, etc.) for Chapters. Instrumental in planning resource-related events, projects, contests, etc.
