| Members of the NSS Board of Directors are elected either At-Large, by the whole membership of the society, or for one of 8 Regional positions. Regional Directors are elected for 2-year terms; At-Large Directors for four years. Otherwise there is no distinction between At-Large and Regional Directors. Note: All the members of the NSS Executive Committee are ex officio (non-voting) members of the Board of Directors, if they would not otherwise be a voting member of the Board. | |||
