Mark Jannot is editor of Popular Science, which has been a leading source of science and technology news since its inception way back in 1872, and is the fifth-oldest continually-published monthly magazine.

Jannot joined the magazine in January 2003 as deputy editor. He has worked for National Geographic Adventure, has been deputy editor of Men's Journal, and has written for Details, Men's Health, Outside, and Parenting. Mark received his BS and MS degrees from Northwestern University.
