Ed Burns is the Assistant Treasurer and an ex-officio member of the Board of Directors for the National Space Society (NSS).  He has been an NSS member for many years.  He was actively involved in the operations of the International Space Development Conference (ISDC) of 2005 and served as Treasurer of ISDC 2008, both in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Burns received a B.S. in Finance and Economics from the Pennsylvania State University.  He has extensive management consulting experience and specializes in improving the financial management activities of large organizations.
